Part of Jennifer Nauck’s Encalmo series—each named in honor of Venetian women glassblowers—the Mariana vase reflects a deep reverence for craftsmanship and lineage. Using the historic Italian Encalmo technique, Nauck seamlessly fuses two molten forms of glass into one, a process that demands both mastery and intuition.

Tall and slender, the Mariana rises with graceful intent. Its narrow silhouette is gently softened by rounded edges, while bands of color quietly converse across its surface—fluid, layered, and serene.
