After jumping into the deep end by immediately making dragon stemmed goblets, we took it back to basics with this more conservative goblet. It features a large cup made by blowing a bubble into a pineapple mold to give it texture similar to a stained glass window. That cup is joined to a simple blown marble stem by an avolio and is supported by a traditional blown foot with a rolled edge, which makes a thin, delicate foot stronger. This goblet was made on March 26, 2024. It measures 6 1/2" tall and 3 3/4" wide. It comes in a custom-made wood box for safe keeping and transportation.
